Principalele particularităţii ale sistemelor de supraveghere în sănătate publică

Abstract

There are described the particularities of surveillance systems in public health this and mentioned. Their importance for promotion and protection of health al national level was mentioned. The need of using Public Health surveillance systems with strict observation to medical and social phenomena and evaluation of effectiveness of national health programs was also mentioned. In this work, were described the steps of monitoring process and the sources for collecting the necessary amount of quantitative / qualitative information from the monitoring system. It emphasized the importance of informing professional cadres in what regards the main idea, methods and importance of surveillance systems in public health.

În această lucrarea sunt descrise particularităţile sistemelor de supraveghere în sănătate publică. S-a menţionat importanţa lor în promovarea şi ocrotirea sănătăţii la nivel naţional. Necesitatea utilizării sistemelor de supraveghere în sănătatea publică cu scopul de observaţie riguroasă a fenomenelor medico-sociale şi evaluarea eficienţei programelor naţionale de sănătate este şi ea menţionată. În lucrare s-au descris atât etapele procesului de supraveghere cât şi sursele de colectare a volumului necesar cantitativ / calitativ de informaţie din sistemul de monitoring. S-a accentuat importanţa de a informa cadrele medicale în ceea ce priveşte esenţa, metodele şi importanţa sistemelor de supraveghere în sănătatea publică.
