Abstract:
The study included 60 patients with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis associated with
acalculous cholecystitis. By a simple randomization selection method all patients were
distributed into two groups depending on the type of the applied treatment: main group – 35
patients who received local standard therapy and preparation Biozar; control group – 25 patients
who received only standard therapy. The treatment lasted 8 weeks. The complex treatment
including the preparation Biozar had a positive and truthful influence on the dyspeptic and pain
syndromes (average severity status of both syndromes was 1,2 times lower in the main group in
comparison with the control group) clearly improved the functional status of the liver and
normalized the lipid components, which has helped reduce the aterogenity index.
În studiu au fost incluşi 60 de pacienţi cu steatohepatită non-alcoolică asociată cu
colecistită necalculoasă. În dependenţă de tipul de tratament aplicat, prin metoda de selecţionare
aleatorie simplă, pacienţii au fost distribuiţi în 2 loturi: lotul de bază – 35 de bolnavi, care au
administrat terapia de bază şi preparatul autohton Biozar; lotul martor – 25 de pacienţi, care au
primit doar terapia de bază. Tratamentul a durat 8 săptămâni. Tratamentul complex cu includerea
preparatului Biozar a influenţat mai evident sindroamele dispeptic şi dureros (media stării de
gravitate a ambelor sindroame era de 1,2 ori mai joasă în comparaţie cu lotul martor), a favorizat
ameliorarea evidentă a stării funcţionale a ficatului şi corijarea componentelor lipidelor serice,
fapt care a favorizat diminuarea veridică a indicelui de aterogenitate.
