Sistemul de hemostază la pacienţii cu ciroză hepatică de diferită etiologie

Abstract

The liver has an important role in the coagulation process, so it is not surprising that all coagulation factors are produced in the liver. We have studied 116 patients with liver cirrhosis with different aetiology of disease. There were 61 men and 55 women with mean age 50,3±0,3. These patients were divided into 5 groups depending on aetiology of disease. We have estimated and compared value of thrombocytes and plasmatic factors in these groups. There were registered significant differences of haemostatic parameters in these groups.

Ficatul ocupă un rol important în sistemul de hemostază,deoarece majoritatea factorilor de coagulare sunt sintetizaţi anume aici. Studiul dat a inclus 116 pacienţi cu ciroză hepatică de diferită etiologie, 61 bărbaţi şi 55 femei cu vîrsta medie 50,3±0,7. Pacienţii au fost divizaţi în 5 grupuri în dependenţă de etiologia bolii. Au fost estimaţi şi comparaţi parametrii de hemostază, care au inregistrat diferenţe semnificative vis-a-vis de grupul de control.
