Abstract:
Disseminated thrombotic microangiopathy characteristic to HELLP syndrome, on the
background of physiological features induced by pregnancy caused multiple lung complications.
The multitude of pulmonary signs and their severity is directly proportional to the severity of
HELLP syndrome. Pulmonary complications in patients with HELLP syndrome have the
following frequency: ALI / ARDS - 50%, thrombosis – 21,15%, pulmonary atelectasis- 3,85%
and pleurisy -5,77%
severitate a sindromului HELLP.
pleurizie -5,77%.
