Profilaxia complicaţiilor postextracţionale

Abstract

Alveolitis is one of the most frequent complications after tooth extraction. Among the causes of alveolitis is the absence of the blood clot in the alveolus. This complication can lead to a number of local and general causes. In order to produce haemorrhage in the alveolus the patient is asked to take a horizontal position, to clasp the nostrils tightly with the fingers and to blow air into the nose, the doctor meanwhile performing the alveolar curettage. The technique used in 238 patients led to blood clot formation in the alveolus.

Alveolita este una din cele mai frecvente complicaţii după extracţia dentară. Una din cauzele alveolitei este lipsa de cheag de sînge în aleveolă. Complicaţia poate aduce un şir de cauze locale şi generale. Cu scopul de a produce hemoragia în alevolă bolnavului i se propune sa ia poziţie orizontală, concomitent pacientul se apucă cu dejetele de nas, îl strînge şi suflă aer în nas, în acelaşi timp medicul face chiuretaj în alveolă. Metoda aplicată la 238 pacienţi a dus la formarea cheagului de sînge în alveolă.
