Abstract:
The article gave the results of analysis of 75 strains of microorganisms detected in patients
with purulent infections in neurosurgical wards. It was found that 44,20% samples detected
strains showed sensitivity to different types of antibiotics, and in 55% and ,80,89% - showed
resistance to antibiotics. A higher resistance to antibiotics was found in gram-negative organisms
(66,20%), including E. coli (17,31%), K.pneumoniae (9,62%), P. rettgeri (7,7%), P.aeruginosa
(5,77%).d 50,37%), Gram-positive microorganisms were found to be susceptible to antibiotics in
33,30% and resistance in 66,70% of samples.
