Abstract

Research on the detection of enterobacteria of antibiotic resistance markers in the current context of rapid increase in the prevalence of resistant strains of E. coli, the need to use methods of molecular biology is becoming increasingly stringent, which is far more sensitive than phenotypic testing and surveillance and epidemiological monitoring of strains producing CTX-M are important in determining treatment tactics for review empirical treatment protocols.
