Rezultatele studiului de screening al lucrătorilor medicali la portajul virusurilor hepatice B, C

Abstract

As a result of the screening of 768 medical workers, the incidence is 48,0‰,with porting of HBV, 87,6‰ with the porting of HCV and 2,4‰ with mixed porting – HBV+HCV. Both in porting of HBV and in HCV, more affected are women – 49,5‰ and 88,3‰. The highest porting of HBV and HCV there are in surgical wards, 124,4‰ and 137,2‰ respectively. In all investigated profiles, the most affected by porting of HBV and HCV are nurses, in surgical profile – 166,6‰ and 233,3‰, clinical laboratory - 142‰ and 142,8‰, therapeutic – 27,0‰ and 90,0‰.

În rezultatul screeningului a 768 de lucrători medicali, incidenţa constituie 48,0‰ cu portaj de VHB, 87,6‰ cu portaj de VHC şi 2,4‰ cu portaj mixt - VHB+VHC. Atât în portajul VHB cât şi în VHC, mai afectate sunt persoanele de gen feminin - 49,5‰ şi 88,3‰ corespunzător. Cel mai înalt portaj de HVB şi VHC se evidenţiază în secţiile de profil chirurgical 124,4‰ şi 137,2‰ corespunzător. În toate profilurile cercetate infirmierele sunt cele mai afectate cu portaj viral B şi C, corespunzător profilului: chirurgical - 166,6 ‰ şi 233,3‰, laborator clinic - 142 ‰ şi 142,8 ‰, terapeutic - 27,0 ‰ şi 90 ‰.
