Tendinţe actuale a sistemelor de asigurări medicale în diferite ţări

Abstract

Improved through times, health insurance contributed to management of different kinds of problems the national health services had faced. Actually they strengthened the financial and technical–material basis of the medical institutions, thus participating in creating adequate conditions for providing high quality health services. The reforms of the health systems through implementation of health insurances within different countries reduced personal costs of the citizens related to the medical assistance and increased the access to qualitative medical services. The majority of countries are at the moment searching the best ways to provide universal medical assistance, to control in an equitable fashion the costs and to improve the efficiency.

Asigurările de asistenţă medicală, dezvoltate în timp, au contribuit la rezolvarea mai multor probleme cu care se confruntă sistemele naţionale de sănătate, îmbunătăţind starea financiară şi tehnico-materială a instituţiilor medicale, asigurînd condiţiile necesare pentru acordarea asistenţei medicale înalt calitative. Reformele sistemelor de sănătate din diferite ţări prin implementarea asigurărilor de sănătate au redus cheltuielile personale ale cetăţenilor pentru beneficierea de asistenţă medicală, au mărit accesibilitatea persoanelor la servicii medicale de calitate. Majoritatea ţărilor sunt în căutarea căilor de furnizare a asistenţei medicale universale şi echitabile, de control al costurilor şi îmbunătăţire a eficienţei.
