Comunicarea eficientă – un factor esenţial al unei activităţi reuşite

Abstract

This paper describes results of a study aimed at identifying the communication skills in society and interpersonal barriers to communication between students. It highlights the importance of information exchange process between people. Also describes the ability of individuals to communicate and types of people according to these skills.

În lucrare sunt descrise rezultatele unui studiu care a avut drept scop identificarea aptitudinilor de comunicare în societate şi a barierelor în comunicare interpersonală a studenţilor. Ea elucidează importanţa procesului schimbului de informaţie între persoane. De asemenea sunt descrise abilităţile persoanelor de a comunica şi tipurile de persoane conform acestor abilităţi.
