Medicalizarea societăţii din perspectiva bioeticii sociale: tendinţe şi probleme

Abstract

Phenomenon of "medicalization" at present stage of development of society, in the age of planetary scientific technologies has a place and a particular importance, especially when it comes of manipulating of human consciousness, of the transformation of medicine in a form of social surveillance. In this article for the first time is undertake a study of medicalization, of trends and issues that may arise in society as a result of uncontrolled manifestation of the phenomenon in the context of social bioethics. The latter is interpreted by us from this standpoint of activitational approach as a new unusual type of bioethics, with a special status studying the degree of bioethization of socium and the level of adaptation of biological ethics to the fragments of social reality in a close interconnection and interaction thereof.

Fenomenului „medicalizare”, la etapa actuală de dezvoltare a societăţii, în epoca tehnologiilor scientofage planetare, îi revine un loc şi o importanţă aparte, mai ales atunci cînd e vorba de manipularea conştiinţei umane, de transformarea medicinei într-o formă de supraveghere socială. În articolul de faţă pentru prima dată se întreprinde un studiu al medicalizării, al tendinţelor şi problemelor ce pot apărea în societate drept urmare a manifestării necontrolate a fenomenului nominalizat în contextul bioeticii sociale. Cea din urmă este interpretată de noi de pe poziţiile abordării activitaţionale ca un tip nou, neordinar de bioetică, cu un statut deosebit ce studiază gradul de bioetizare a sociumului şi nivelul de adaptare a eticii biologice la fragmentele realităţii sociale într-o strînsă interconexiune şi interacţiune ale acestora.
