Abstract:
The article is devoted to latent disability of workers with COPD. The authors with the
help of medical and psychological methods examined motivation of workers behavior with
COPD in a situation of temporary incapacity due to illness. The legal problem of patients with
COPD, because of the lack in labor standards specifically - sick leave certificate.
În articol sînt prezentate aspectele privind incapacitatea latentă a angajaţilor bolnavi de
BPOC. Autorii, prin utilizarea metodelor medicale si psihologice, au studiat motivele
comportamentale a angajatilor bolnavi de BPOC în funcţie de incapacitatea temporară de muncă
legată de maladie, care nu se include în normele de legislaţie de muncă pe motiv de lipsă a
temeiului formal – certificatului de concediu medical.
