Abstract:
66 women suffering from pulmonary tuberculosis hospitalized in Phthisiopneumology
Hospital from Chisinau and Institute of Phthisiopneumology from Moldova were examined
between 2001-2010. They were divided into two groups: I-st – 33 cases of pregnant women and
II-nd – 33 women during the first 3 years after childbirth, aged 18 years. The structure of the
clinical forms in I-st group showed a higher degree of presence of Pulmonary infiltrative TB
(39,4%) and Pleural TB (39,4%), in II-nd group prevailed in Pulmonary infiltrative TB – 84,8%.
The main factors that led to development of tuberculosis among women in both groups was the
contact with patients with active tuberculosis and concomitant diseases.

Au fost examinate 66 femei bolnave de tuberculoză pulmonară internate în IMSP SCM
de Ftiziopneumologie şi IMSP Institutul Ftiziopneumologie ,,Chiril Draganiuc" în perioada
anilor 2001 – 2010. În I lot au fost incluse 33 de femei gravide şi în al II lot – 33 femei din
perioada primilor 3 ani după naştere, bolnave de tuberculoză pulmonară în vârsta de la 18 ani.
Majoritatea gravidelor au suferit de TB infiltrativă (39,4%) şi Pleurezie TB (39,4%), iar femeile
din lotul II – TB infiltrativă (84,8%). Factori de risc primordiali au servit –contactul cu bolnavi
de TB şi maladiile concomitente.
