Summary. On the basis of systemic approach personal and spouses interpersonal relationship changes are studied under conditions of excretory-toxic infertility in husband. The role of somatogenic, psychogenic, socialgenic and negative social-psychological factors in the sexual disadaptation development is revealed in this disease, its clinical forms are determined. An effective sexual health disorder psychotherapeutic correction system in infertile marriage caused by the excretory-toxic infertility in husband is worked out.
Rezumat S-au stabilit cauzele şi mecanismele dezvoltării, s-au descris şi s-au caracterizat formele clinice a dezadaptării sexuale a soţilor cu sterilitate toxico-excretorie la bărbaţi. S-a arătat geneza complexă a dezadaptării la maladia dată şi s-a formulat concluzia despre necesitatea bazării pe legitaţiile apărute în corecţia ei psihoterapeutică.
