Abstract:
Introduction.
Spinal pain, in its acute and chronic forms is commonly
evaluated by rheumatologists. In order to separate
patients with mechanical disorders from those with
rare systemic disorderswe need an organized
approach.
Purpose.
To study the clinical and paraclinical aspects of
rheumatic pathologies in relation to the pain
syndrome in the cervico-dorso-lumbar spine.
Conclusions.
The results of Pearson’s correlation-coeficient indicated a
signiicant correlation between age and backpain (r= 0.9946; P<
0.001) also backpain and gender. In other words, backpain is
associated more frequent with older women. The causes of
spinal pain in rheumatic diseases are multifactorial starting with:
environment (rural 69.56%), sex (women 75.86%) etc.
