Dimensiuni culturale în spitalele publice din Republica Moldova

Abstract

The paper outlines the results of a study, which aimed to evaluate the organizational culture in public hospitals in the Republic of Moldova. One of the research objectives was to study the cultural dimensions described by G. Hofstede. The results refer to the following five dimensions: individualism versus the collectivism, power distance, masculinity versus femininity, uncertainty avoidance, and long-term orientation versus short-term orientation.
