Abstract

The content of the article is a continuation of previous research and which by referenced retrospectives complements the less elucidated aspects. Issues that the pandemic situation has brought forward and that the future of society is linked to. It demonstrates the need to optimize the ways of exploiting the opportunities of opening new horizons of Informational Era, including all decision-makers. It also contextualizes the importance of developing historical-axiological support in the education of competences, thus valorizing and implementing the professional level in the matrix of the socio-economic, socio-cultural and spiritual community of the spiritual.
