Abstract

The tensions between the ethical component of conduct and its integration in the variety of everyday life is an extremely important reflection theme for modernity. This article refers to the personality model that Max Weber Promotes in his study “The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism”, aiming to conciliate the moral integrity and the modern human’s responsibility in relation to the world.
