ezumat Şaizeci şi şapte persoane cu diverse forme de cardiopatii ce foloseau per‑ manent sau periodic anticoagulante au suportat 67 intervenţii stomatologi‑ ce, 8 din ele fiind urmate de complicaţii. În concluzie, menţionăm importanţa evidenţierii pacienţilor ce folosesc anticoagulante precum şi a cooperării cu medicul internist. Deasemenea, este foarte importantă efectuarea locală a unei hemostaze minuţioase şi in‑ formarea bolnavului unde să se adreseze în caz de hemoragie.

Summary Sixty‑seven patients being on anticoagulants because of various heart diseases have undergone 67 dental surgical interventions, 8 being followed by complications. As a conclusion, we underline the importance of detecting the patients on anticoagulants and of cooperating with the general practitioner. Very important is also to carry out a local thorough hemostasis and to advise the patient where to seek help in case of bleeding.
