Aspecte compensatorii în presiunea (încărcărea) implantelor dentar

Abstract

Rezumat Pe un lot de 43 pacienţi cu edentaţii parţiale, subtotale şi totale cu pregătire preprotetică a fost studiată ocluzia funcţională în dinamică. Pe parcursul studiului se demonstrează că presiunea (încărcarea) pe implante nu manifestă dăunător asupra osteointegrării, însă actualitatea temei - studiul a mecanismelor de repartizare a suportului (presiunii, încărcării) între implant şi osul adiacent în continuu rămîne deschisă. La 3 pacienţi a fost analizată în dinamică terapia protetică pe implante cu elemente elastice compensatorii (invenţia nr. 4416 din 20.05.2005), la care, prin rezultatele mai avantajoase a Indiciului de Funcţionare a Protezei (IFP), se manifestă compensarea mobilitaţii fiziologice „nule“ a implantelor, precum sunt compensate şi erorile neînsemnate a restaurărilor dentare, suprasolicitările ocluzale, etc

Summary There has been studied the functional occlusion in evolution on a series of 43 patients with partial, subtotal and total edentias, with preprosthetic preparation. During the investigation it was demonstrated that the pressure (loading) on implants does not have a harmful effect on the osteintegration, but the topicality of the subject - the study of the mechanisms of distribution of the support (pressure, loading) between the implant and the adjacent bone - remains still open. On 3 patients there has been analyzed in evolution the prothetic therapy on implants with compensative elastic elements (invention No. 4416 of May 20th, 2005) to which, due to the more advantageous results on the Index of Functioning of the Prosthesis (IFP), the compensation of the „null“ physiologic mobility of implants shows, as well as are compensated the insignificant errors of the dental restorations, the occlusal over–solicitations, etc.
