Abstract:
In this article we analyse the interference between two phenomena -
adult education and values. We are referring as well to education as an
adult value as to the values that are part of the content of adult education and that are expressed in the organisational and societal context at
the current stage.In the process of lifelong learning, we claim to highlight what is valuable and a priority in various domains of activity and in society, to look for practical solutions concerning the real problems faced by
employees at work and to identify opportunities for achieving consensus
among the stakeholders.
