Abstract:
Food is one of the most important factors in the external environment
that influences brain health and one of the most important aspects of
the body. It has the particularity of acting continuously and slowly on
humans, influencing their physical and mental development and work
capacity. For students of higher educational institutions, the issues of
quality and structure of food rations are very relevant. Young students
are the most vulnerable social group, therefore, monitoring the proper
nutrition of a student is an urgent problem and requires serious studies.
