Particularităţile vascularizaţiei bazinului în formarea hemoragiei retroperitoneale post-traumatice

Abstract

The anatomical structure and the sources of blood supply of the pelvis were considered in detail. The features of the circulation of the pelvic bones: multi-source and unity; well-developed collaterals between the branches of internal and external iliac arteries and thus in fractures of the pelvic bones cause massive pelvic retroperitoneal hemorrhage, affecting the development of shock and mortality.

Au fost examinate în detaliu structura anatomică şi sursele de aprovizionare сu sânge la pelvis. Caracteristici de circulaţie a oaselor pelviene: multe-sursa şi unitate; colaterale bine dezvoltate între ramurile arterelor iliace interne şi externe, cu fracturi ale oaselor bazinului, cauza hemoragiei masive pelviene retroperitoneale, care contribuie la dezvoltarea de şoc şi mortalitate.
