Aspecte clinico-evolutive ale infecției enterovirale

Abstract

There were evaluated the results of laboratory analyzes of agricultural food – stuffs’ samples made in the Center of Public Health of Chisinau - city over the last 7 years (2005 - 2011). Increased quantities of nitrates were found in samples of radishes, squash, melon, beetroot, potatoes, black radish, cabbage, watermelon, eggplant, herbs, sweet peppers, cucumbers, carrots, green and dried onions. In the samples of grapes, fruits, mushrooms, canned vegetables for children amounts of nitrates over limits have not been established. It was proposed the modification of food sampling’s scheme.

Au fost evaluate rezultatele analizelor de laborator ale probelor de alimente efectuate în Centrul de Sănătate Publică al municipiului Chişinău pe parcursul ultimilor 7 ani (2005 -2011). Cantităţi sporite de nitraţi au fost depistate în probele de ridiche de lună, dovlecei, pepene galben, sfeclă roşie, cartofi, ridiche neagră, varză, pepene verde, vinete, verdeaţă, ardei graşi, castraveţi, morcovi, ceapă verde şi uscată. În probele de struguri, fructe, ciuperci, conserve din legume pentru copii n-au fost stabilite cantităţi supra limită de nitraţi. A fost propusă modificarea schemei de prelevare a probelor de alimente.
