Abstract:
It is presented a bibliographic synthesis that reffers to hygienic investigations existent in
the Republic of Moldova and abroad, about the evaluation of work conditions and the state of
health of the meet processing enterprise employees. It is mentioned, that reffering to this
compartment were made few investigations although there are major problems concerning
hygienic supervision, health promotion, prevention of diseases, as well as medical assistance. In
the result of the analysis it was established, that this problem differs through an indisputable
actuality not only on the world-wide arena, but in our country as well, and requires a special
study for the purpose of elaboration of concrete measures for the maintainance and fortification
of the health of this category of population.
Este prezentată o sinteză bibliografică referitoare la cercetările igienice existente în
Republica Moldova şi peste hotarele ei, privind evaluarea condiţiilor de muncă şi stării de
sănătate a angajaţilor întreprinderilor de prelucrare a cărnii. Se menţionează, că la acest
compartiment s-au efectuat puţine investigaţii deşi sunt probleme majore în supravegherea
igienică, promovarea sănătăţii, profilaxia maladiilor, cât şi în asistenţa medicală. În rezultatul
analizei s-a stabilit, că această problemă diferă printr-o actualitate indiscutabilă nu numai pe
arena mondială, dar şi în ţara noastră, şi necesită un studiu special în scopul elaborării măsurilor
concrete pentru menţinerea şi fortificarea sănătăţii acestei categorii de populaţie.
