Abstract:
There was elaborated the TLC method of alprazolam identification by using of five
develop systems, spectrophotometric method of quantitative determination for apprazolam in
powder and tablets of 0.001 g were elaborated, as well as HPLC method was elaborated in order
to determine the purity of substance.Using the analytical methods elaborated by us over the
artificial biological test there was extracted alprazolam from biological liquids (blood plasma,
urine). Having considered the elaborated methods as specific and reproductive they a
rerecommended for the study of alprazolam in biological liquids.
A fost elaborată metoda cromatografiei pe strat subţire de identificare a alprazolamului,
utilizând 2 sisteme de solvenţi, metoda spectrofotometrică de dozare în pulbere şi comprimate
0.001 g, precum şi metoda HPLC de identificare în pulbere. Aplicând metodele analitice
elaborate de noi la probele biologice „in vitro” s-a efectuat extracţia alprazolamului din lichidele
biologice. Dat fiind faptul, că metodele folosite sunt specifice şi reproductive ele se recomandă
pentru studierea alprazolamului în lichidle biologice.
