Rezultatele studiului de evaluare a standardelor de supraveghere a creșterii și dezvoltării copiilor de 0-18 ani în condiții de ambulatoriu

Abstract

According to the provision of the Ministry of Health, the collaborators of the Pediatric Scientific Laboratory of the PHI Mother and Child Institute, with the support of UNICEF Moldova, in order to improve the access and quality of health services offered to children, carried out the Assessment Study of compliance with the Standards for the supervision of children aged 0-18 years in outpatient conditions in the Republic of Moldova. As part of the study, the interviewing of medical workers from primary health care and parents/caregivers of children aged 0-18 years was carried out; the children’s medical documentation was researched and the prophylactic or illness-related consultations of children 0-18 years old carried out by family doctors in the primary healthcare centers were observed. The study material included: 515 primary health care workers, 306 parents/caregivers of children aged 0-18 years, 306 forms 112/e and 112/e/2 and 100 medical consultations of children performed by family doctors . A specially developed questionnaire was applied for each study unit. Numerous opinions, proposals and objections of medical workers in the primary health care services were collected regarding the quality of the functioning of the Standards for the supervision of children aged 0-18 years in outpatient conditions in the Republic of Moldova and ways to optimize them. The analysis of the obtained data served as the basis for the elaboration of the report regarding the compliance with the Standards for the supervision of the growth and development of children 0-18 years old in outpatient conditions in primary health care institutions in the Republic of Moldova.

Conform dispoziției Ministerului Sănătății, colaboratorii Laboratorului Științific de Pediatrie al IMSP Institutul Mamei și Copilului, cu suportul UNICEF Moldova, în scopul îmbunătăţirii accesului şi calităţii serviciilor de sănătate oferite copiilor, au desfăşurat Studiul de evaluare a respectării Standardelor de supraveghere a copiilor de 0-18 ani în condiţii de ambulatoriu în Republica Moldova. În cadrul studiului a fost efectuată intervievarea lucrătorilor medicali din cadrul asistenței medicale primare și a părinţilor/îngrijitorilor copiilor de 0-18 ani; a fost cercetată documentaţia statistică medicală a copiilor și au fost observate consulturile profilactice sau pe motiv de boală ale copiilor de 0-18 ani, efectuate de către medicii de familie în cadrul IMSP de asistență medicală primară. Materialul de studiu a inclus: 515 lucrători medicali din cadrul asistenței medicale primare, 306 părinţi/îndrijitori ai copiilor de 0-18 ani, 306 formulare 112/e și 112/e/2 și 100 de consulturi medicale ale copiilor efectuate de către medicii de familie. Pentru fiecare unitate de studiu a fost aplicat un chestionar special elaborat. Au fost colectate numeroase opinii, propuneri şi obiecţii ale lucrătorilor medicali din cadrul asistenței medicale primare referitor la calitatea funcţionării Standardelor de supraveghere a copiilor de 0-18 ani în condiţii de ambulatoriu în RM şi modalităţile de optimizare a acestora. Analiza datelor obţinute a servit drept bază pentru elaborarea raportului referitor la respectarea Standardelor de supraveghere a creșterii și dezvoltării copiilor 0-18 ani în condiţii de ambulator în instituţiile medico-sanitare de asistenţă medicală primară în RM.
